Business Development Team (2 Months)
Worked alongside an international management team on business development processes such as digital marketing, BPO, online lead generation, B2B communication, and CRM. Communicated with higher management of various organisations worldwide, promoting Company's services, attending meetings and workshops. I was able to generate 600+ potential business opportunities (companies + leads) and report them to my management. I used various softwares to accomplish my daily tasks. My target for the internship was to find 30 positive responsive leads from different companies, and I was able to achieve this goal in 1.5 months. This experience helped me to develop my skills in lead generation, digital marketing, and communication. Additionally, working with a professional team helped me to understand the business development process better and also helped me to develop my teamwork skills.
In addition to my daily tasks and responsibilities, I also had the opportunity to attend various meetings and workshops within the company. This provided me with a broader understanding of the company's operations and allowed me to gain valuable insights into the industry as a whole.
Furthermore, I also had the opportunity to work on a report for the company, which gave me a chance to apply the knowledge and skills I gained throughout the internship. I was assigned the topic "How to Improve" for the report which involved me giving my opinion on how GAOTek Inc can improve as a company and also how this internship program can be enhanced. I completed this project and received positive feedback from my management for my efforts and ideas.
